隅田川 (Sumida River)

隅田川 ("Sumida River") is a card-shedding game in which you can't play the same number of cards as the previous player. The deck contains 52 cards: three 3s up to ten 10s. The game includes a swapping rule that allows you to exchange all the cards in your hand, picking up an "almighty" card each time you do so, giving you the opportunity to make weak cards stronger.
