The Dungeon Within

The Dungeon Within is a Print&Play Roll&Write Dungeon Crawler game for 1-3 players. Your brotherhood must fight the three Horsemen of the Night and escape The Deep Dungeon to win. To play you choose 3 Character Cards (one as party leader), set up the 12 room tiles in a 3x4 grid and prepare the Guide, the Beastiary and The Shop documents, which generate enemies and treasures. You also need min. 5xD6 and a 54 card poker deck. You start on Tile 1 and start to explore the rooms on the tile. Check the Guide to see the tile objective and the maximum number of turns you have to complete it. F.E. Tile 1 requires you to explore at least 1 Dark Room in 2 turns. If you succeed, you can decide to explore more rooms or go to the next tile. If you fail, you loose. Each character draws 5 cards from the Poker deck. The cards you draw each turn are used for buffs you can use to overcome the encounters, f.E. a Heart suit card can give you +1 health. You win the game if all 3 characters manage to successfully complete the objective of the last tile. If you fail to complete the objective within the given turns, you loose the game.
