Hyperspace: Starspawn

Each Hyperspace expansion civilization comes with a Homeworld tile, 4 unique Citizens, 2 Super Units, and 2 Super Techs. The Starspawn plunge through the sky, gain the secrets of Cthulhu’s wisdom, and must slumber periodically. They can devour enemy ships before the latter get off a shot, and they can instantaneously gather rewards. They are fearsome, but fortunately at least in Hyperspace terms, not unbeatable. The most powerful Starspawn weapon is of course Great Cthulhu himself. But since his rise, he underwent mitosis, and now two are available. Perhaps this was always the point of conquering Earth -simply to enable Cthulhu’s duplication.
