"Card game for 2-4+ players. Players are reporters for rival newspapers." Cards are played from a hand of ten to form news stories. Circulation points are awarded based on how many cards can be used to form the story - from one card (one circulation point) to ten (one hundred circulation points). "The player with the most circulation points at the end of 5 turns wins."
