Pet Adoption Agency

Players match pets with owners to adopt them. Each owner receives 2 pets, and has a preference of what pet they want, and each pet has a preference for their companion adopted by the same owner. Each owner has a base score and players earn bonuses or penalties based on pet and owner preferences matching. The specialist of the adoption agency with the highest happiness score wins the game.
