Exocolony

Exocolony is set in the not-so-distant future, just as humans are beginning to colonize the solar system, but haven't yet colonized other stars. 1-5 players jockey for position, buy and sell resources, build colonies and discover new lifeforms. The main path to victory is to build up enough resources to send a ship to another star system. Players will collect resources in the form of wooden blocks each turn. These are then spent to place wooden colonies and purchase cards. Victory points are awarded for settling colonies and buying action cards. 16 Victory points are needed to win. —description from the designer
