Players embody fledgling companies with ruthless recruitment strategies. Each turn the companies may Hire and Fire, create patents, materials or goods, but they must also sell enough to be able to pay their employees. The most evil aspect is stealing another players' employee by offering them a pay rise...or was it a bluff forcing the player to increase his own wage bill for no reason?!
