By Hayato Kisaragi
Tokyo, 2034 AD. After the "regeneration phenomenon" happened ten years, 1 out of 1,000 people in this gigantic Far Eastern city has acquired magic. Worried about the frequent occurrence of "magic crimes", the authorities selected "wizards" who manipulate particularly powerful magic as special police officers. In view of the public opinion that magic is dangerous, they are called two-headed demon dogs that guard the gates of hell. "Magic Police Orthros" ― ― It was the birth of the Metropolitan Police Department Criminal Division Magical Crimes Section. Every player chooses two characters as his enforcer pair, and mix the cards from that two character as their deck. During the game, players simutaneously choose cards from their hand to make corresponding actions, cast magic, and deal damage to criminals. Who makes the criminal strengthless arrests the criminal and earns credits. Players race to get 12 credits and whoever has the most credits is the winner.
