This promo card was included in Pegasus Spiele Magazin Ringbote #3/2022. Rules: "Before the game starts, shuffle Bluey into the pile of hunting cards. Bluey is a noble person. She has no special function, but will earn you 4 blood points if you hunt her successfully. However, in return she reduces your speed by -1."
