Alam Halfa is an operational level simulation of the World War 2 battle between Axis and Allied forces around El Alamein in Egypt, conducted during the period of the 31st August to the 5th September 1942. Axis Field Marshall Erwin Rommel launched his attack against the Allied forces comprising the British 8th Army, in what was to become the last major offensive conducted by Axis forces in Egypt. Alam Halfa comprises: -One Rule book -One Mapsheet (two halfs that overlap) -One and a half counter sheets in full color (312 counters) -Two cardstock support point charts -Four unit strength roster sheets -Two play aid cards in color -Three Zip lock counter bags.
