Board Game
Anthill
By Lloyd Krassner
The players control rival ant colonies. To win the game you must destroy all rival opposing colonies. The game is played on an 8x8 grid, such as a chess board, that represents the backyard of a suburban house. Terrain is randomly placed and consists of sweet spots (food), concrete slabs, dry spots, and covered spots. Each player starts with a colony of ten ants in a corner of the board. A deck of cards is used to resolve combat. Card play also permits a colony to nest to generate more ant units.
