By Wojciech Zalewski · Art by Jarosław Wróbel
The first battle of El Alamein (1–27 July 1942) was a battle of the Western Desert Campaign of the Second World War, fought in Egypt between Axis forces of the Panzer Army Africa and British Eight Army. Allies managed to stop Rommel's offensive. In the second battle of El Alamein (23 October – 11 November 1942) Allied forces begun their offensive which turned out to be the beginning of the end of the Axis forces in Africa. This game covers the entire operation, separated in the short scenarios than can played as stand alone games or together, as longer campaign. It is third game of the WB-95 system set up in the North Africa (after Desert Rats 1940-42 and Kasserine 1943). El-Alamein 1942 is released with optional, mounted board.
