La Souffel 1815
By Laurent Gary
La Souffel 1815 is a stand alone game based on the Jours de Gloire series. It covers the almost unknown battle which occurred on June 28th. It involves General Rapp and a small French army attempting to secure the area along the Rhine, against allied troops from Württemberg, Hesse-Darmstadt and Austria led by Prince Eugen. Although the opposing forces are vastly superior, it is a brilliant French victory. Unfortunately, this victory has no effect on the events of 1815, after Napoleon's defeat at Wateloo Game scale : 1 counter = 1 regiment or equivalent, 1 turn = 1 hour Designed in 2013.
