Included as an add-on in the original Sword & Sorcery: Ancient Chronicles Kickstarter campaign, it also comes in the Kickstarter's Treasure Chest. Unlike Sword & Sorcery: Ancient Chronicles – Ghost Soul Form Heroes (the retail version of the supplement), the Ghost Soul Form Heroes included in the Kickstarter's Treasure Chest, product GRPR210KS, has different box art and contains only the 5 miniatures.
