Party Planner: Prepare for happiness

Collect resources to arrange venues and invite people for the best parties in town. Each turn you select one of two drawn resources. When you have enough resources you can use them to either prepare for parties or move to/arrange new venues. You score points based on the number of invitations sent during preparation and the number of venues arranged. —description from the designer
