Some Tanto Cuore promos have been obtainable for a short period of time when purchasing something from Japanime Games' online store. One such promo set was a set of new love cards with a wintry theme featuring Ariette Cuore who was the love card in the base Tanto Cuore set and featured as a promo private maid as well.
