Carbon Control

A board game with an organic chemistry theme, not requiring any chemistry knowledge to play. Playing is centered around collecting carbon atoms, which act as the currency of the game, collecting molecule cards from different functional groups, building molecules to secure the atoms and receiving test tubes that gives a player different advantages and abilities. The player first to collect six different test tubes is winner. Carbon atoms can be exchanged for other types of atoms as well as regulating an e-level, which must be kept in certain limits. Every time a player passes the Start square on the board all atoms that are not built into molecules are lost. In an advanced mode other players molecules can be attacked and destroyed. -description from designer
