Set collection game, where each set you make restricts your collecting options. Draw varying quantities of coloured tablets from two piles on the table. Each time you make a set of 5, it blocks one of your draw options for that colour. If you have any incomplete sets of 5 at the end of the round they go to the waste tray. Complete 'prescriptions' and set up cascading combos to be the most efficient pharmacist with the least wasted tablets. —description from the designer
