Wordsworth

This is word rummy with a few twists. Players maintain a hand of letter cards by drawing, by melding words formed by the letters, and then by discarding. Players receive points for completing their required melds, for going out, for the point values of the letters in the melded words, and for the length of the melded words. As in Phase 10, the difficulty of the required meld increases with each round: eg, two 3-letter words in Round One; one 7-letter word in the final round. Players receive extra points for melding words that are related to the theme of the game, which is determined by drawing a card before the start of play. Players also receive extra points for completing a bonus word that differs in each round.
