Board Game
Cheese Rescue
By David Paput, Eric Plotton · Art by Philip Giordano
A STRATEGY GAME OBJECT: to have as many pieces of your cheese left on the table as possible at the end of the game. Each player is given 6 cheese cards and a selection of cat, mouse, and dog cards. Players take it in turns to place a card on the table, next to a card that has already been played. Once all the cards have been used up, it’s time to see who’s won: dogs scare cats, cats eat mice, and mice eat cheese, so any scared “cat” cards are removed from the table first, then “mice” cards, then “cheese”. The players take back any of their “cheese” cards that are left on the table, and add up their points. The player with the most wins. +++ Nothing is certain in this game – everything only becomes clear right at the very end, so it’s all about strategy! —description from the publisher
