Punic Wars Combined Arms is a tactical level Boardgame for 2 players. One will be Hannibal and his Punic forces trying to overtake Scipio and his Roman army. No cards or Dice are used, rather, pieces have Chess like movements with application of Force at a distance. Different Units have different abilities per their historical counterparts.
