Bistro Flip

In Bistro Flip: A Dinner by Chefs from Heaven / ビストロ・フリップ, you want to make fabulous dishes for the patrons who have very special requests. In the long game, each player takes the role of the diner once, starting the round by naming the event for which the meal must be made, such as "An elegant Valentine's presentation" or "A high school graduation". Each other player takes ten ingredient cards in hand, drafting one, passing the rest, etc.; the diner also deals out six "chef's style" cards ("with cream", "flambé", etc.) to each chef. Each chef then prepares a presentation for an appetizer, main dish, and dessert. One by one, each chef presents the ingredients and style of their appetizer, ending it by flipping an aperitif to determine how it's presented. The diner then awards one of their stars to the chef with the best-sounding dish. The chefs then do the same with their main dish and dessert. After all players have been the diner once, whoever has the most stars wins. In the short game, use an app to determine the diner's request, then take five ingredient cards and three "chef's style" cards, swapping some, if desired. Players present their meals, then you score everyone's dishes using the app. After a certain number of rounds or a set time, the game ends, and whoever has the most stars wins.
