Hattin 1187
By Wojciech Zalewski
Battle of Hattn was one the decisive battles of the crusades. Christian army, led by the Raymond Tripoli, Guy of Lusigan and Balian of Ibelin met the muslim army, led by Saladin. In the two days long fights most of the Crusaders was killed or taken prisoner. It was the end of the Kingdom of Jerusalem. Game uses Medieval system rules, with classic "I go, you go" mechanics. Cavalry is allowed to perform charges that doubles or triples it's strength, but it needs enough terrain to do so. Muslims have quite a number of horse archers that allows them to carry a number of distance attacks on the enemy. Fatigue of the armies pays important role as well. Game contains two scenarios, showing both days of the battle.
