Battle for the Hidden City: Hidden Wars Volume I
By Noah Patterson
Battle for the Hidden City is a micro war game for two players. In it, one player takes on the role of the French Foreign Legion seeking fame and treasure in 1930s Egypt. Meanwhile, the other player will control the Brotherhood of the Ank, a fictional ancient organization of warriors whose sole job is to protect the Hidden City and its secrets. The Foreign Legion has just recently located the long lost Hidden City deep in the sands of the desert. The Brotherhood has learned of the Legion’s presence and has set out to remove the intruders once and for all. The small regiment of the Legion is far outnumbered in this battle, not foreseeing any push back, but they have the benefit of already being in the ruins of the city for cover, while the Brotherhood is coming in from the open desert--making them potentially easy targets.
