Civic Anarchy

The World is in Total Chaos! 2042, a cataclysm of manmade destruction and natural disasters has put the United States into a state of total anarchy. Players must take up their arms and compete to gain control over the cities of America in an attempt to unite them back under one rule. Civic Anarchy is a 3X empire building game. Through levying troops, planting and harvesting crops, building structures, and taxing the populace, players gain strength to build armies to take new cities under their wing. Civic Anarchy uses a stream-lined chit-pull system. When a player’s chit is drawn, that player get actions equal to the number on the chit, but they may only choose one type of action. With several options available, the player must balance between current needs and future aggressions. Players start with a small army. Through prosperous choices and conquering cities, they can build bigger armies with troop upgrades and strengthen their cities with resourceful buildings. The player that reaches 10 Victory Points first is the winner. Civic Anarchy comes with an integrated solo system to control Non-Player Characters with an AI deck, so that it may be played at any player count.
