Die Wettfahrt nach den Carolinen ("The race to the Carolines") is a typical vintage roll and move board game. The first player, who cross the route first, wins the game. The game was based by The Carolines Question (or the Carolines Crisis) - a conflict between the German Empire and the Kingdom of Spain over the sovereignty of the Caroline Islands and Palau in the western Pacific.
