Blitzkrieg 1939: Guderian
By Wojciech Zalewski
Blitzkrieg 1939: Guderian (or Blitzkrieg 1939 I) is the first game in the "Blitzkrieg 1939" mini-series - the planned series about German Armored Corpses during the invasion of Poland in 1939. It covers the most important battles fought by the German XIX Armored Corps, led by gen. Heinz Guderian, during 1939 Polish Campaign. The game uses the B-35 system, the oldest Polish wargames system, made for the battalion-company scale battles. It's a highly complexed system, with lots of rules and tables, dedicated for the division vs division battles. Available battles: Chojnice Bory Tucholskie (Tuchola Forest) Różan (2 scenarios) Wizna (3 scenarios) Brześć (Brest)
