Piecepack Soccer

It is a simulation of the sport Football (or 'Soccer' for those countries with their own codes of Football), and uses the dexterity technique - 'Flicking'. The one page rules are comprehensive and include fouls, corner throws and free kicks. You must score three goals to win. Apparently this is the very first game designed for the piecepack.
