Board Game
18NC
By Matt Wilson (II)
18NC is an 18xx game about operating and investing in the historic railroad companies of North Carolina beginning in 1835 with the Wilmington and Raleigh Railroad being chartered (later to become Wilmington and Weldon). Three to five players represent investors in these railroad companies attempting to increase their own net worth while avoiding the costly liabilities of a failing railroad. Careful manipulation of the State’s share ownership can be advantageous to avoid personal liability.
