Super Tic Tac Toe

Two player game played with different colored pegs on 4x4 grid of holes. "Each player uses different color pegs. The object of the game is to get your pegs of the same color in a square in all four corners, four in a row up and down, across, or diagonally at the same time try to block your opponent from scoring a Super TTT first... Just like ordinary Tic Tac Toe but a lot more fun." From the simplicity of the game it would seem to mean a square of pegs in a 2x2 grid location. An interesting variation might include any geometric square.
