Sovereign: Solve, Conquer, Expand

Sovereign is a game similar to Risk, Settlers of Catan, and Monopoly, if all were rolled into one game. Players will manage their TEMPER Attributes in order to remain in power. TEMPER stands for Trustworthiness, Economics, Military, Population, Environment, and Resources. Each of these Attributes are needed to maintain a healthy nation and a healthy ruler. Players will spend 1/2 of each Round in a specific phase, played at the same time. Event Phases are set up as follows: Players draw event cards. Players solve event cards in one minute. Players vote on other player's solutions. The second phase is the Action Phase, where players expand by buying tiles or trading for them, build Resource collectors, or make armies. There's a lot you can do during this phase. Players will play until either all are eliminated or one Sovereign remains. —description from the designer
