Colonialism: Upgrade Cards

This expansion adds a 6th available action to the game: Purchase Upgrade. This action allows players to spend collected resources to gain a permanent advantage for the duration of the game. These are six additional cards which were added to the game for the 2018 reprint Kickstarter, and made available separately for owners of the first edition.
