A set of Colonial-era skirmish rules for miniatures wargaming. Each figure represents an individual. The rules are suitable for use with 54mm or 25mm figures, using respective scales of 1"=1m or 1cm=1m. The rules system uses percentile dice. Editions were reportedly published by Active Service Press and Tabletop Games.
