Board Game
3 Tage im Mai
By Hanno Babelotzky · Art by Till Meyer
In "3 Tage im Mai" you lead a group of citizens to the Hambacher Schloss in a march for democracy. This event actually took place in Germany 1832 and is regarded as the starting point of the democratic movement in Germany. You move your citizens with movement cards in a system just like "Cartagena". In order to gain new cards, you have to move backwards onto so-called gathering-points. Here you have to answer trivia questions concerning the revolution. After a fixed length of 9 turns, the player with the most citizens in the Hambacher Schloss wins the game. There is a special variant for "young democrats", so children from the age of 6 may play.
