Looney Tunes Balloon Game

At the beginning of the game each player is given a number of discs face down based on player count. Players move around the board using a spinner. When they land on a yellow circle they turn over a "balloon" cardboard disk. If it matches the color of the character holding the yellow circle, they place their disk covering the space they're on. If it doesn't match, the disk is turned back over and mixed back into their draw pile. If they land on a circle with a disk, the player still draws. If it matches a different color on the character's clothes, they replace the original disk. The first player to get rid of all their balloons wins. —user summary
