ShutterBug: Train Tickets

When using the ShutterBug: Train Tickets mini-expansion, during set-up, all players receive one train ticket card and place it face up in front of them. Once per game during their turn, while their pawn is in a city, a player may flip their train ticket to the VOID side to move their pawn to any other city as a free action. Once used, the card cannot be used again for the rest of the game. All aboard!
