Sea of Clouds: Petit Chat Promo Card

Sea of Clouds: Kitty is a promotional card for Sea of Clouds. Simply shuffle it with the other Loot cards after setup. Whenever it shows up on top of the draw pile, the game is momentarily interrupted. The active player picks the card, reads it aloud and immediately applies its effects. Then, the card is discarded and the game goes on normally. The card was actually given away separately from the others (Sea of Clouds: Kitty, Unicorn, Love Ray Promo Cards) by Ludovox as part of their Tipeee (~patreon) campaign.
