Loy Loy: The Savings Game

Players represent Cambodian garment workers participating in a Rotating Savings and Credit Association (ROSCA). The objective is for the player collectively to acquire 5000 loy (the games money) in order to buy a factory. The player who makes the largest contribution winning. The game is a roll and move game combined with auction mechanism for the ROSCA. It is 'semi-cooperative' in that one player going bankrupt ends the game in a draw.
