It was the promotional card in Gen Con over 2017 and 2018 convention season. Later released as part of the Red Dragon Inn 10 Promo Pack 1. It discards a hand card, then reduces 1 fortitude. A vampire character player gains 1 alcohol content instead of this fortitude loss.
