Galaxy Explorer - The Duel OVERVIEW Galaxy Explorer The Duel is a dice rolling game where two players engage in space combat controlling one faction composed of a motherships supported by a fleet of squadrons. The mothership is obtained assembling 9 cards (poker size) where 6 cards represent an area of the mothership and the other 3 cards represent a Repair Bay, a Death Zone and a Damage Tracker. Squadrons come in smaller size cards. Galaxy Explorer The Duel is a dice rolling and worker placement game with a simple and quick gameplay. During your turn you will assign crew to mothership areas to perform certain actions, you will spend deuterium to build up your fleet and improve your technology, possibly you will send assaulting squadron against the enemy mothership and finally you will fire at the enemy and will repair damage. SCOPE OF THE GAME The scope of the game is to be the first to destroy 3 main areas of the opponent’s mothership at which point the game ends immediately.
