Board Game
Camerone
By Franck Yeghicheyan · Art by Christophe Camilotte, Didier Bourgeois
A small game that pits the légion étrangère (Foreign Legion) against the Mexican juaristas on 30 April 1863 (the text says 1963!) at the Camerone hacienda. The legionnaires are condemned to lose, but the point is to last as long as possible. The players should play both sides, and that who lasts longer with the French legionnaires wins. The game is offered as a testimonial to foreign soldiers who have, in recent centuries, fought for France. It also aims to provide a view of the events that took place at Camerone.
