Heroes Cove: Clockworks

Adds a Shop and Quests to go with it. Adds a new Race and Class to expand Heroes Cove. Demmr’th has decided to open up his own shop. He was once known as a locksmith, but due to some misunderstandings that caused the death of many a Knight, Demmr’th had promised to never work as a locksmith again... but he didn't say anything about working as a Clocksmith!
