The game simulates Operation Barbarossa, Nazi Germany's invasion of the Soviet Union during World War II that commenced on June 22, 1941. The duration of the campaign is 15 turns (2 months each). At the end of the 5th turn, the Axis Forces may win the game provided that they have control of Moscow, Leningrad and Stalingrad. Otherwise, the winner after the 15th turn is the one that: i) gets enemy's surrender at any time; ii) has a total amount of units 3-fold larger than the enemy's amount; iii) has more victory points (according to cities' values). Game Components: 80x64 cm board 10-page rulebook 1 die Counters representing armies involved in the conflict: Soviet, German, Finnish and Italian; Red Army and Wehrmacht tanks; Russian and German aviation City control markers
