When escaped, his powers are: 1 action symbol: Draw and keep the last Wild West card discarded. 2 action symbols: Draw the last 2 Wild West cards discarded and keep one. 3 action symbols: Draw the last 3 Wild West cards discarded and keep one. This promo was available with issue 72 of Plato Magazine.
