Time Traveller (Staff Member) When the City card is revealed: You may choose a City card from the spares not dealt into this game and exchange it with the current City before it takes effect. Dismiss this staff member and remove the card from the game. She averted a terrible future, and all it cost was erasing herself from this timeline.
