A small game covering the Rumanian Attack against Odessa in 1941. Romanian player selects activation chits for his wings and then pull a chit one at a time. He has three wings and two chits for each wing. So, he can have six activations in one turn. But, more activations bring Russian player more command points. With them he can move or attack with one unit. Victory condition for the Rumanian is to control or totally encircle Odessa at the end of turn six. 4 pages rulebook 60 counters one map Published in Command Magazine Japan #50 in 2003. Map was to be downloaded Republished in Command Magazine Japan #109 in 2013 with full colored map and larger counters.
