A supplement for the Mutants and Death Ray Guns Science Fantasy Skirmish Miniatures Rules, Revised Edition. This supplement describes the Ultra Simian hybrids and many other character types from the groups and organizations that clash with them in the post-apocalyptic world. This book also introduces new traits and a system for reactions. Reactions make the turn sequence even more interactive, letting your enemy steal the initiative for a moment and interrupt your turn with a defensive movement (such as diving for cover) or opening fire against your models.
