Royal Steward

Royal Steward is a medieval period strategy board game. The purpose of the game is to impress The King so that he will appoint you as his Royal Steward. You impress him by performing various actions efficiently, building your wealth, and showing you are a knowledgeable and have great diversity. You get to choose among 55 Occupations to play (Baker, Miner, Locksmith, Shipwright, etc.). Some Occupations obtain raw resources (cotton, gold ore, oak, etc.), while others convert resources (gold ore->pure gold, oak->spear, gold necklace->gold diamond necklace, etc.). Some even just perform services for prestige points (bard singing, physician curing the sick, etc.). The game takes place over a year period, with 1 Occupation being used per month. Therefore, you have 12 months (turns) to impress The King and prove he should appoint you as his royal steward.
