Rules for American Civil War naval battles in miniature. Scaled for 1/600 miniatures, but easily adaptable to other scales. Tactical level, 1 turn = approximately 3 minutes, with one miniature = one vessel. Includes historical and "what if" scenarios, as well as charts for most vessels in action during the ACW.
