Otenki Kaeru

User summary: おてんきカエル (Otenki Kaeru) means Weather Frog in English. This game is designed to be played by a family who is new to card games. Players are apprentices of the god of the sky who controls the weather. Their goal is to fulfill one wish, which is either children looking forward to a sunny picnic tomorrow or a frog waiting for rain. They take turns playing one or more weather cards (sunny or rainy), while controlling their hands so that there is exactly one wish card in their hand at the end of round. When the fourth sunny or rainy card is played, tomorrow's weather is determined and the round ends. They reveal their hands. If a player's sole wish card matches to tomorrow's weather, that player has fulfilled the wish and gains victory points printed in the wish card. After several rounds, the player who has earned four victory points wins the game.
